Over 25 years of experience in the insurance and reinsurance sectors. Throughout his career, he has held several executive positions in operations management, strategy management, and business development.
He assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer in 2024 of Saudi Re, a leading A rated reinsurer operating more than 40 markets across the Middle East, Asia, Africa and the UK. Beyond his responsibilities at Saudi Re, Ahmed actively engages in industry development initiatives and also participants as a member of a number of market committees and boards.
Ahmed Al-Jabr holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Bradford in the United Kingdom.
