Dr. Younes Mazlumi is a seasoned insurance leader with over 30 years of experience across health, commercial, and reinsurance. He began his career in 1994 and went on to hold senior positions at Dana and Razi Insurance, where he headed liability, engineering, marine, and reinsurance divisions. He later served as CEO of Rayan Saypa, Razi Insurance, and Taavon Insurance, driving transformative management practices and sustainable growth.

Academically, Dr. Mazlumi earned a Doctorate in Business Administration and a Master’s in Research Methods from the University of Bordeaux, an MBA from IMI Tehran, and pursued Post-Doctoral studies at Université Grenoble Alpes, France.

Alongside his corporate leadership, he has taught Risk Management and Commercial Insurance at leading Iranian universities. He currently serves on the High Council of Insurance of Iran and as Chairman of the Insurance Commission of the Iranian International Chamber of Commerce.
