Prabha comes with over 3 decades of experience across multiple technical Lines of Business both as an Insurer as well as an Insurance Broker. She is a Techno marketing Professional whose specific skill lies in delivering bespoke Insurance and Reinsurance solutions from Insurers and Reinsurers both wholesale and transactional with critical insights on Risk Management backed by Data and Analytics and providing optimal solutions for the clients.

Currently she is the Head of Broking and Chief Marketing Officer at Willis Towers Watson Insurance Brokers P ltd , India . Her previous noteworthy contribution includes being a Senior Technical Underwriter for the Liability , Financial Lines and Specialty Lines including Nuclear Liability , Title Insurance , Property Package , Accident Insurance & Crisis Management at the New India Assurance Co for over 2 decades and a short stint as Joint Director at Marsh India for the Corporate Risk and Broking Business.

She holds a Masters Degree in Marketing and a Bachelors Degree of Law from the University of Mumbai specializing in Insurance & IPR . She is also a Fellow of the Insurance Institute of India with Additional Associate Specializations in Fire , Marine and Miscellaneous Business. She continues to be an eager learner and believes in upskilling herself from time to time
